Has my ARPU gone up or down compared to last month or last year?

ARPU (Average Revenue Per User) shows how much revenue you’re generating per customer. The Executive Summary lets you compare it against the previous period or the same period last year to see if your customer value is increasing.

Where to find it

  1. Go to Analytics > Executive Summary > Overall
  2. Select ARPU from the metric selector on the top card, or find the ARPU row in the metric table below.
  3. Click the “Compared to” dropdown and choose:

A rising ARPU can mean you’re increasing order sizes or retention—track it closely after price or bundle changes
