Is my churn rate increasing or decreasing?

Segments shows the total number of churned customers over time, and you can use the comparison feature to track whether this number is growing or shrinking compared to last month or last year.

Where to find it

  1. Go to Analytics > Executive Summary > Churn.
  2. Use the “Compared to” dropdown to compare churn against the previous period or the same period last year.
  3. Look for % change in the Customers row.

Tip

A rising churn trend may indicate issues with post-purchase experience, product satisfaction, or follow-up marketing—use this as a cue to refine customer lifecycle messaging.
