What is my repeat purchase rate over time?

This shows what percentage of your customers come back to make a second purchase. It’s a key metric for understanding customer loyalty and how well your post-purchase marketing is working.

Where to find it

  1. Go to Cohort page.
  2. In the metric dropdown, select “Repeat %”.
  3. Choose a date range (e.g., last 90 days) and a time interval.
