Segments tracks Klaviyo open rate and click-through rate using actual performance data from your campaigns. These are calculated as:
Open Rate = Emails opened ÷ Emails received
Click-through Rate = Emails clicked ÷ Emails opened
Where to find it
- Go to Analytics > Executive Summary > Email.
- Look for Klaviyo emails opened / received, Klaviyo emails clicked / opened in the table.
Tip
Use these rates to A/B test subject lines, content layouts, and CTAs. A low open rate? Work on subject lines. A low click rate? Revisit your offers or message structure.
