Identify which customer segment converted best after receiving a campaign. Use this to double down on high-performing audiences and refine your future targeting strategies.
Where to find it
- Go to Campaigns in Segments. Make sure your Klaviyo account is connected.
- Select a campaign from the list.
- In the “Email performance by segment” section, view open rate, click-through rate, and conversion rate broken down by segment.
Tip
- Use this to identify your most responsive audiences and target those audiences more on other ad platforms like Google ads or Facebook ads.
- Consider retargeting low-converting segments with a different message or offer.
