Are you looking to boost customer loyalty and drive repeat purchases? One of the most powerful tools you can use is replenishment flows. These automated email campaigns remind customers to repurchase their favorite products, making it easier for them to come back for more. In this playbook, we'll show you how to optimize your replenishment flows using Tresl Segments.
Step 1: Identify your top replenishable product
The first step is to open Product Relations and identify your most popular replenishable item. For this example, let's say it's the Advanced protection hydrating cream.
Step 2: Determine the optimal replenishment time
Next, click on the Replenishment tab and review the optimal replenishment time in the graph. In this case, we see that the majority of customers come back to purchase on week 9.
Step 3: Create a segment of customers who bought the product
Go to the Segment builder in Segments and create a segment of customers who bought the Advanced protection hydrating cream.
Use the filter "Product title" + "contains" + "Advanced protection hydrating cream", then click "Apply Filters" and save your segment. Finally, sync it to your email provider.
Step 4: Create an email flow targeting the segment
Create an email flow within your email provider targeting the segment you synced in the previous step. Select the [Segments] "Your segment name" list as the Flow Trigger and include a replenishment email after 9 weeks.
*Note: If you are using Klaviyo, your segment sync will show up as a list called [Segments] “Your segment name”. Make sure to turn on auto-sync so the list is dynamically updated daily according to your Shopify data.
